The Supreme Court is the highest court in the RxUSA federal judiciary. It has final appellate jurisdiction over all federal courts and original jurisdiction in cases involving states or foreign diplomats.
The Court issues opinions, orders, and rules on the constitutionality of laws. Oral arguments are scheduled on the court calendar, and all opinions are publicly accessible.
