This privacy policy explains how PlayRxUSA collects, uses, and protects information from members of the RxUSA community. PlayRxUSA uses Roblox OAuth 2.0 for authentication and does not store Roblox passwords or cookies.
Information We Collect
- Roblox user ID, username, and avatar — provided by Roblox OAuth at sign-in
- Group rank information — fetched from the Roblox Groups API to verify eligibility
- User-submitted content — employment history, applications, and portal activity
- Audit log data — records of administrative actions for accountability
Our Commitments
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- We do not use your data for advertising or AI model training
- Users must be 16 years of age or older to access the portal
- Some records (employment, legislative) may be retained after account deactivation for community integrity
